b.person performing the treatment
c. location in which the traetment is given.
d. age of the victim

    Really? You can give first aid to a variety of situations. If a person is not breathing, you can perform CPR (which is first aid) then they'll be admitted into emergency care at the hospital.

    My instinct is to go with C

    First aid is the help that is done FIRST. This usually happens on the scene until they can get to the hospital and do more advanced treatments.
