Homework Help: Business Communication

Indicate whether the underlined words or groups of words need capital or lower case letters by selecting the best choice. If an underlined section is correct, select "No change."

"Hush little baby," my grandfather would often whisper softly to me, "Don't say a word."
A. "don't say a word."
B. "Don't Say A Word."
C. "Don't Say a Word."
D. No change

I think the answer is A because it's still continuing on the sentence. I believe whenever you quote something, seperate it with a comma, continue the sentence, then add another comma, you usually start with a quotation then lower case letter, right? However, I am not entirely sure if what I'm saying is correct. Any help is much appreciated!
