Which one of the following statements is an example of hearsay?

Isn't C the only one that is clearly hearsay?

B is direct experience and observation, not hearsay.

C is not your direct observation or knowledge; you are depending on what the report says. I'd call this one hearsay.

D is your direct observation, not hearsay.
