A solution is made by mixing 35.0 mL of toluene C6H5CH3d=0867gmL with 125.0 mL of benzene C6H6d=0874gmL. Assuming that the volumes add upon mixing, the molarity (M) and molality (m) of the toluene are

35ml + 125ml and then converting to L??

    I must point out that you are missing a decimal in each of the density values. There should be a decimal between the 0 and the first digit to the right in each.
    And yes, the total volume is 35 + 125 = ?? mL and convert to L, at least for that part of the problem.
