**Dr Russ**, Thursday, June 24, 2010 at 6:26amA straight line of the form y=mx+c has slope m and y intercpet of c.

So we need to rearrange the equation into this form

20y=-5x+60

so

y=(-5x/20)+ 60/20

y=-0.25x+3

thus m=-0.25 and c=3
