3. If you love swimming, this house will be fantastic for you. Then, please come to buy this house.

4. If you like to swim, this house will be gorgeous for you. Then, please dial at 731-1234 to contact me.

(Are they all grammatical? Would you recommend some other useful expressions?)

Starting the second sentence with "Then" is awkward. Simply this is fine:

If you like swimming, this house will be perfect for you. Please call me at 731-1234.
