how do you calculate the molaarity of a water solution of CaCl2, given that 5.04 L of the solution contains 612 g of CaCl2.

  • chemistry - ,

    Just a step or two.
    molarity = moles/L.
    So convert 612 g CaCl2 to moles. moles = grams/molar mass.
    Then moles/L (L is 5.04) will get it.
