the number N im millions of hearing impaired individuals of age X can be approximated by n=0.00006x by power of two+0.0006x power of two-0.1x+1.7 approxmate to the nearest millions the number of hearing impaired individual for ages 45 and 55?

If this is correct, then N = .00012x^2 + 1.6

Just substitute that ages for x and calculate N for each.
