**Damon**, Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at 2:18pmx + 2y = 5

2y = -x + 5

y = (-1/2)x + 5/2

so

m = -1/2

when x = 0, y = 5/2 (y intercept)

**Aanu**, Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at 3:04pmOption d is correct because 2y=-x+5

divide by 2

y=-x/2+5/2

compare by y=mx+c

m=-1/2 and c=5/2
