Yes, there are several resources available online where you can learn how to make a video infomercial. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to achieve the effect you mentioned:

1. Start by searching for video editing tutorials on YouTube. Look for channels that specialize in video editing, such as "Adobe Creative Cloud," "Film Riot," or "Chung Dha." These channels often have step-by-step tutorials on various video editing techniques.

2. Once you find a tutorial that fits your needs, watch it carefully and take notes on the techniques they use. Pay attention to the specific steps they take to achieve the desired effect.

3. One technique that may be useful for your case is called "motion tracking." This technique allows you to track the movement of objects in a video and apply special effects or animations to them.

4. In your case, you want to leave the background the same while bringing in products one by one. After filming the video, import it into a video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.

5. Follow the steps provided in the tutorial to learn how to use motion tracking in your video editing software. This will enable you to track the movement of the objects you want to bring in one by one.

6. Use keyframes to animate the appearance of each product. Keyframes allow you to set specific properties of an object at different points in time. By setting keyframes for the position and opacity of each product, you can create a smooth animation where the products come into view one by one.

7. Lastly, when all the products have appeared, you can extend the duration of the final frame to keep the products on the screen. This can be done by adjusting the timeline in your video editing software, ensuring that the final frame remains static for the desired duration.

Remember, the key to creating a high-quality video infomercial is practice, so don't be discouraged if your first attempts don't turn out as expected. Keep experimenting and learning from tutorials, and you'll improve over time.
