sqrt(5/3) cannot be simplified.
Neither can (sqrt3)/5
sqrt[8x^5*(3x^2)^2]
= 3x^2*sqrt(8x^5)
= 3x^2*sqrt[(4x^4)*(2x)]
= 6x^4*sqrt(2x)
You need to use parentheses and brackets to clarify the order of operations, otherwise the expressions you write can have different values.
