c = about 3*10^8 meters/second
10 km = 10^4 meters
delay time = distance/speed = 10^4/(3*10^8)
= (1/3)*10^-4 = 0.000033 seconds
= 0.333*10^-4 = 3.33 *10^-5 seconds
