Can some one help me understand what im supposed to be looking for with this question. Not sure what is being asked.

o Identify at least three different learning styles and develop a strategy for effective communication and collaboration amongst your selected learning styles.
o Identify at least three different personality types and develop a strategy for effective communication and collaboration amongst your selected personality types.

(You should keep in mind, though, that just about no one is all one type or all another. We are all a mix of the three, but usually each person had a dominance of one of these.)
