Whish one would be CORRECT:
" quote " (Bryan).
OR
" quote " (UCLA).

This is the website (the speech is by a person named William Bryan).

UCLA Center for East Asian Studies. Resource page. UCLA International Institute. XX Feb. 2010 (website)

I would use Bryan, however, usually depends on what is on your works cited.

This is the works cited in MLA format. I didn't know which one to use because the works cited started with UCLA.

Notice that in the list of items to be included in citing electronic sources (includes websites), the author comes first. Therefore, you should use (Bryan) and make sure that Bryan, William is the first item in that citation in the Works Cited list.
