There are 12 of those
So the number of sets of 5 form those 12 = C(12,5)
Without restriction, the number of sets of 5 is C(52,5)
so the prob that your 5 cards are "picture" cards
= C(12,5)/C(52,5) = 792/259860 = .000305
If your interpretation is otherwise make the necessary changes.
