Homework Help: Review job questions

Before I email my resume can someone please review my response to these questions.

Please submit your response to the following 5 questions along with your resume:

1. How many years experience do you have in office coordination and organization?

I have 3 years experience.

2. Give an example of when you were expected to work effectively without close supervision.

When my boss was running late one morning I had to come in and open up, I was able to work effectively without any supervision until my boss arrived which was a few hours after opening.

3. Give an example of doing ‘whatever it takes’ to get the job done on a project.

I was given a project by my boss asking "how can we increase sells within our company" I used facts and did whatever it took to come up with a plan to increase sells. By suggesting mutilple ride discounts, change of hours and awards to name a few.

4. Are you goal driven? Please give an example.

I believe I am goal driven based off recognition from previous employers and fast promotion. I like success and always work toward gaining the best results on any project.

There's a run-on sentence in here; fix it. In addition, you need to add specifics: exactly what did you do until the boss got there?

3. Give an example of doing ï¿½whatever it takesï¿½ to get the job done on a project.

Check for run-ons and spelling errors. You say "did whatever it took" but you don't explain what that was. You need specifics, not just repetition of the question.

4. Are you goal driven? Please give an example.

Use "on" rather than "off"!! What does "fast promotion" mean to you?
