if you borrow money for post-secondary education:
(a)you never have to pay it back.
(b) you owe it back.
(c) none of the above.

i thought it would be (B) but iam not sure cause of the grants and other ways of going to school.. any suggestions?

All students have to repay their student loans.

The grants are in addition to loans that many students incur.
