i have $30.00 to spend on a dress the sales tax is 5%.About (estimate)how much can the dress cost if i want to spend all my money? ---need an answer ive done this over and over but confused on the estimate part.

30.00 x.005%= 29.50
but what is the estimate have to do with it?

5% = 0.05 -- not .005
