It forms LiOH.
There are some general rules that go like this.
metal + oxygen = oxide (technically more like a peroxide but the oxide is easier to remember AND under the right conditions it forms the oxide.)
metal oxide + H2O = base.
non-metal + oxygen = non-metallic oxide.
non-metallic oxide + water = acid.
