I'm stuck on these 2 questions..please help in any way! Thanks
2. How can genetic altering benefit the society of today and future societies?
6. What other areas of life could this manipulation of genes cause?
Links would be of great help, or suggestions. Thanks again

genetic altering can prevent disease, improve food, treat disease. Perhaps in the future, genetic defects in female cells can be changed, such as the reinsertion of correct genes. That is a long way off.
6. The q makes no sense to me.

Can you please give me more details for #2?

OK, because I am so kind and good. Pretend a woman carries the breast cancer gene. If she wants kids w/o that gene, it would have to be removed from her DNA in the ovum cell. It may be possible to do this in the future.
