You need to know the solubility rules to predict the products of some reactions. Here is a simplified set of rules.

The second one is
CuSO4(aq) + Pb(NO3)2(aq) ==> PbSO4(s) + Cu(NO3)2(aq)
You turn this into an ionic equation. The others are done the same way. Probably you have learned that Zn(OH)2 is amphoteric and Ni forms the ammine with NH3.
