I don't think you will find anything. Someone, somewhere, have fought wars forever.
You may want to define "war" in terms of the amount of territory or the number of troops involved or the number of deaths incurred. But even those parameters won't adequately define war.
As near an estimate as I was able to find is "none". Somewhere in the world there has always been a conflict. In fact, some people say that conflict is essential to the continued existence of mankind. I am not so sure about that.
