N(x) = -.6[ x^2 - 20x + ....... ] + 10
= -.6[x^2 - 20x + 100 - 100 ] + 10
= -.6[(x-10)^2 - 100 ] + 10
= -.6(x-10)^2 + 60 + 10
= -.6(x-10)^2 + 70
