I think that they are most likely to be made from compounds and mixtures. For ex. pops-drinks, juice, etc. Elements is the most rare.

I would have answered the same way. The question seems to imply that elements are rare but of course you know that isn't the case. We have a lot of oxygen and nitrogen around us in the air and we can come up with many elements at our disposal (Al, Cu, C, O2, N2, etc).
