Solve the equation:
(3/p+2) = (8/p3)
Can someone please show me how to do this? I have a whole page of these to do but I don't really know what to do. If I could just see one done, I'm sure I can figure the rest out. Thank you.

I bet you mean:
3/(p+2) = 8/(p3)
multiply both sides by the LCD [(p+2)(p3)]
[(p+2)(p3)](3)/(p+2) =[(p+2)(p3 )](8)/(p3)
(p3)(3) = (p+2)(8)
I bet you can take it from there.
