I am currently outside USA. Now in Asia we follow the Cambridge igcse curriculum. If I move to USA can I still get into an Ivy League college?
There are a lot of factors involved, other than your curriculum and nationality.
You need to write or email an admissions officer of the particular schools.
There are many more quality schools in the US than the Ivy League, and frankly, I would look to them first. You need to consider your major area of interest.
