Why would a man with no talent, no looks, no money etc.. drive around the summer streets of NYC, showing down to talk with women - women he doesn't know, but who do posses talent, looks, money and etc.. (150 words min).

He sounds desperate, doesn't he? Instead of wasting that time, he'd do better to improve his looks, talents, etc.
