Write and equation of the line described
A) the line parallel to y = 1\3x +5 and with a y-intercept of 1
B) the line perpendicular to y=-2x+4 and that passes though the point (-1,2)

b. y=1/2 x +b
2=-1/2 + b
b=2 1/2
