Homework Help: Chemistry

Posted by Bach on Tuesday, March 16, 2010 at 8:44pm.

The question is what is the molecular equation for acetic acid mixed with ammonia, sulfuric acid mixed with barium hydroxide, copper (II) sulfate mixed with hydrosulfuric acid, and copper (II) acetate mixed with hydrosulfuric acid. I've attempted some but for the last two i have no clue.

a) CH3OOH (aq) + NH3 (aq) --> NH4(aq) + CH3C00

b) Ba(OH)2 (aq) + H2SO4 (aq) --> BaSO4 (aq) + 2H2O (l)

c) CuSO4 (aq) + H2S (aq) --> ??

D) Cu(CH3OO)2 (aq) + H2S --> ??
