You need to do better than this by typing the question in plain English. You MAY have meant that you titrated an HCl sample (20.0 mL) of unknown concn with 26.0 mL of 0.1 M NaOH, determine the concn of the HCl.
mL x M = mL x M. solve for the unknown. You didn't put units on the concn of NaoH so it could be anything.
