I just need to know if there is a formula to find the vertical asymptotes, symmetry, and zeros or do I have to solve it graphically.

Thanks.

**drwls**, Saturday, March 6, 2010 at 11:16amYou can get the vertical asymptote by solving dy/dx = infinity

You can get the y intercept by solving

y = f(0)= 2 tan(180) + 3 = 3
