Homework Help: 6th grade math

ok i need to get this problem
9/2m - 8 = - 5.5 + 4m
in a way like this
9 + 5k = 45 + 2k
operation
s 9 5k = 36 + 2k
s 2k 3 = 36
d 3 k = 12
