Homework Help: English :D

I'm writing an essay about medical experiments and the doctors in the Holocaust. I don't need help with the essay, which I can write myself, but the thesis statement is confusing me. What am I trying to prove about the topic? The answer to this question evades me...The teacher recommended that I give each paragraph a separate medical experiment. So basically, divide the paper up by medical experiment. Does anyone know how I can do this? Maybe give me an example of a good thesis that can work in this situation? Thank you.
