The Mustangs and the Bruins play in a basketball tournament. The team that first wins three games wins the tournament. Assuming ties are not possible, find the number of possible ways in which the tournament can occur.
I feel like there is not enough information. Can you help?

If the winner is determined by who wins three games, there might be a maximum of five games played. So the winners can range from MMM or BBB to MBMBM or BMBMB. You can figure the various possibilities in between these two extremes.
I hope this helps.
