Homework Help: Math

Store A usually sells a jacket for $72 but today I can buy it for $40. Store B usually sells the same jacket for $38 but today I can buy it for $18. Which store is offering the greatest percentage off the origanal price ? In which store would you buy the jacket/ Show all work and explain your answer.
