Homework Help: Health ????

This is going to be a odd question. My dad wears contacts most of the time. When he is not he will wear his glasses. He is nearsighted. What he wants to know is can he use the same prescrition for his contacts on his glasses. He does does not want to go to the eye doctor. He thinks that he can get them at Walmart or Target without a prescription. Would he be able to do that?? Are the readinds similar. Thanks so much for your help to a crazy question.

The cheap glasses available without eye exams are typically for reading. If your father is nearsighted, this is not his problem. However, he can consult the technicians at either store for more information.
