In what ways and in what situations can increased diversity increase NEGATIVE conflicts and impede team effectiveness? What other factors can interfere with productive team experiences?
Sandy: It is helpful to put actual subjects in the subject column. "College" is quite useless as hint to find the right subject matter specialists to offer respond.
Frankly, when one puts College in the subject line, a great many of our volunteers just ignore those posts, as they take up time to read, and often are not the subject specialists area.
