1. How is Sophocles’ goal of returning to the Hellenic perspective supported in “Oedipus the King”? What must have been his purpose?

2. Choose the quote "The only conception of freedom I can have is that of the prisoner or the individual in the midst of the State. The only one I know is freedom of thought and action " by Albert Camus and comment it to how you see Sophocles' goal. Is he right ot insist on the denial of the role of the individual in the individual's life? Why or why not?

3. Choose one significant event and say how it supports your coherent statement for the main idea of the play
