Not enough information.
For example, suppose x = 10
m(angle 6) = 8x - 40
m(angle 6) = 8(10) - 40
m(angle 6) = 80 - 40
m(angle 6) = 40
m(angle 4) = 6x + 2
m(angle 4) = 6(10) + 2
m(angle 4) = 60 + 2
m(angle 4) = 62
