First, define "good moral character."
Did Henry David Thoreau, Martin Luther King, Jr., and Mahatma Gandhi display "good moral character" in their peaceful acts of civil disobedience?
Did a lot of the presidents, including Thomas Jefferson, Franklin Roosevelt, Dwight Eisenhower, John Kennedy, and Bill Clinton display "good moral character" when they had extramarital relationships?
