For this type of assignment, one thing you can do is think of your own experiences at a doctor's office, an emergency room, or in a hospital itself.
Why did you have to go there?
What happened?
Did people explain to you what was going on so that you understood it?
If you asked questions, were they answered well enough ... or more than once until you understood?
And so forth ...
You could also write about someone else's experience, I suppose, if you accompanied him/her to a health care facility. Same questions as above.
And there are other scenarios.
You'd be writing a combination of narrative/descriptive and explanatory or evaluative types of writing.
