how can i answer the question...SHOULD NUTRALIZED CITIZENS BE PRESIDENT?

How you answer this question depends upon what YOU believe.

The U.S. Constitution states that the president must be a native-born citizen. That clause was included in the Constitution to prevent foreign princes -- or any other foreign-born person from becoming president.

Today, about 4% of American citizens are naturalized, and therefore cannot become president. Is that enough reason to change our Constitution?
