Which of the following is NOT true?

A. Except for absorbance, most measurements contain significant figures and units.
B. All numbers should be recorded from a digital readout.
C. The uncertain digit is estimated between the last two markings.
D. If an average of 4 trials is being calculated the "4" is infinitely significant.
E. All of these are true.

A would be true EXCEPT for the except part. As far as I know, absorbance values have significant figures also.
B. I don't know that ALL numbers should be recorded.
C is true.
D is true.
E can't right if C and D the only true ones.

Absorbance doesn't have units, and you should record all the numbers in a digital readout, so all of them are true.
