Mg + 2HCl ==> MgCl2 + H2
1. Convert 2.5 g Mg to moles. # moles = grams/molar mass.
2. Using the coefficieints in the balanced equation, convert moles Mg to moles MgCl2.
3. Convert moles MgCl2 to grams. # grams = moles x molar mass.
