Can someone tell me the distinction between film and popular cinema?
Have you been to an "art" cinema, and watched Norwegian flicks with English subtitles? Those are films, if you look around, it is a pretty unnumerous audience.
Popular flicks, like "the Parent Trap", are popular cinema.
