If the number is even and divisible by 3, it must also be divisible by 6.

The number itself must be less than 60/3 (20) and greater than 40/3, which (for an integer) would make it 14 or greater

There is only one number between 13 and 19 that is divisible by 6.

That will be your "secret number".
