The most influential person in my life was my companion, John Eastman. His love of the outdoors, his professional approach to his writing, and his ability to think outside the box all had a major impact on my life.
Are you trying to survey us? If not, you have a decision to make on your "most influential person."
Here is my response:
My most influential person is my high school sweetheart, my wife of 53 years. We have worked together to balance each others' more extreme tendencies to help both of us live happy and fulfilling lives without neglecting the needs of others.
I hope this helps.
