Use dimensional analysis:
32 yd/min * (3ft/1yd) * (12in/1ft) * (1 min/60sec) = ?
Notice how the units all cancel out except for the in/sec.
32 yards = 32 * 36 = 1,152 inches
1/60 * 1,152 = ___ inches per second.
