The Spanish is not a good sentence. Are you trying to say, "Because it always hurts my head."?
If what you wrote is meant to be a question (even though question marks were omitted), it means "Why do I always have a headache?"
In other words, it makes a huge difference how you spell the first word.
Porque = Because
¿Por qué...? = Why
