Can you help see if I am arriving at the right answers?

1. F(x) =5x^2-2x
F (0), I got o
F (-1) I got 7
F (2) I got 16

2. -0.4x<-16
I got x>40

3. 8x-(5x+7) =14
My answer: 7/3

4. -19<=3x-8<=-7
My answer: -11/3<=x<=3

I am still getting 3 what am I doing wrong
3x-8<=-7
3x+8-8<=-7+8
3x<=1
3/1=3

x<=3

You are correct until the step 3x <= 1.

3x * (1/3) <= 1 * (1/3)
x <= 1/3
